Offboarding

If a client wishes to offboard a candidate, we follow established/best practice industrial relations procedures and adhere to local labour laws.

  • For retrenchment, candidates are entitled to 45 days' notice or pay in lieu of notice, severance pay, and payment for unused vacation leave.
  • For resignation, candidates must adhere to their contractual obligation for notice period and are entitled to payment up to their last day of work and for all unused vacation.
  • For termination, we have policies and procedures for terminating employment contracts for cause or due to unsatisfactory performance.
